A Family Store.

Bell's Seed Store has been serving Fayetteville's lawn and garden needs for over 100 years.

We have been family owned and operated in Downtown Fayetteville since 1919 when William Bell, Sr. opened for business on Gillespie Street beside the Old Courthouse.  He ran Bell's Seed Store at that location for over 30 years until his son, William Bell, Jr., returned to the family business in the 1950's.

One of William Bell, Jr.,'s earliest business decisions was to move Bell's Seed Store from the rented building on Gillespie Street to just around the corner on 230 E. Russell Street, where it still is today.  Like his father, William Bell, Jr. ran Bell's Seed Store for over 30 years until his son, Stewart Bell, took over the family business which he has continued to grow to this day.

Bell's Seed Store is proud of our history and we love sharing stories with old customers and meeting new ones as each year goes by.  We hope you will come down and see us soon!
